1. Poor waterproof and heat dissipation effect.

 

After a long period of use, there may be more or less soda inside the camera (this phenomenon is mainly concentrated in 

 

northern regions), and the main reason for this phenomenon is the insufficient sealing effect of the shell and the lack of 

 

consideration for temperature difference during installation. When the infrared light starts working, it will generate a large 

 

amount of heat. At the same time, due to the insufficient heat dissipation effect of the housing, it will greatly reduce the 

 

service life of the camera. To solve this problem, it can be considered to make the housing of the infrared dome camera

 

composed of multiple wire slots,which is conducive to hear disspation.

 

2. Color distortion and color cast in infrared dome cameras.

 

It may be due to improper setting of the white balance switch or significant changes in ambient lighting conditions. In 

 

this case, it is necessary to check if the switch is set to the OFF position and find ways to improve the lighting conditions 

 

in the environment.

 

3. Night vision infrared dome cameras have normal daytime images but turn white at night.

 

This phenomenon is generally caused by the presence of reflective objects in the machine's usage environment or in a 

 

small space, due to infrared light reflection. To solve this phenomenon, the first step is to determine whether there are 

 

reflective objects in the usage environment and improve the usage environment as much as possible. Secondly, check 

 

whether the effective infrared distance of the machine corresponds to the actual usage distance; If a long-distance 

 

infrared machine is used in a very small space,the image of the machine will turn white due to excessive in frared light.
